MyBharatlot – Shipping Policy (India Only)

1. Shipping Coverage

MyBharatlot currently delivers to all locations across India, including metro cities, Tier-2/Tier-3 towns, and remote areas where courier partners are available.

2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery within India takes 5–7 business days from the date of dispatch.

  • Delivery time may vary slightly due to local courier delays, festivals, or remote-area service availability.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on product weight and delivery location.

  • Free shipping may be offered during special deals, sales, or promotions.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, customers receive a tracking ID via SMS/Email/WhatsApp.

  • Orders can be tracked in real-time through the courier partner’s tracking link.

6. Damaged, Missing, or Wrong Items

If you receive:

  • A damaged package

  • Missing products

  • Wrong items

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video.
We will help with a replacement or refund as per our policy.

7. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

MyBharatlot is not responsible for delivery failures caused by:

  • Incorrect address

  • Unreachable phone number

  • Customer unavailability

Re-delivery charges may apply.

8. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.

  • Once shipped, cancellation or changes are not possible.
