Grow Together: Business Listings & Review Standards

Your business. More visibility. Let’s grow together.

My Bharatlot welcomes MSMEs, suppliers, wholesalers, local shops and larger brands in Hyderabad, Chennai, Bengaluru, Mumbai and Delhi to apply for business and offer listings.

Basic listings are free. All submissions require review before publication. Promotional placements and commissions require a separate agreement.

Start with a short application

Prepare your business name, authorised contact name, business email, phone, business type, city, address and a short description of your products or offer. A website or photo link is optional. Use photos and content only where you have permission.

The homepage enquiry form is the initial contact route. It does not create a seller account, automatically approve a listing or provide direct uploads. A structured application and automated checking workflow are not yet connected.

Information needed for review

Retail and wholesale products

  • Product names, descriptions, photos, variants and current availability.
  • Prices in INR, tax treatment and any additional charges. Comparison prices must be genuine.
  • Wholesale minimum quantities and quantity-based prices where applicable.
  • Dispatch times, delivery coverage, shipping charges, return, cancellation and warranty terms where applicable.
  • Relevant business registration, GST information and product-specific licences or certifications where applicable. Requirements depend on the business and product.

Local businesses and offers

  • Business address, map location, contact details and opening hours.
  • Exact offer, eligibility, exclusions, minimum spend, start and expiry dates, redemption method and participating branch.
  • Booking requirements, redemption limits and applicable age restrictions.
  • No expired deals, misleading discounts, fabricated reviews or unsupported claims.

Properties: enquiries only

  • Your role as owner, developer or agent and authority to advertise the property.
  • Property location, type, accurate photos, availability, price basis and disclosed additional charges.
  • Project and agent registration details where applicable, including applicable RERA information for review.
  • Do not publish identity documents, ownership documents or personal occupant information in listing images.

Property listings are for enquiries, not checkout. Applicants and buyers should obtain independent advice and complete appropriate ownership, registration and transaction checks before making commitments.

Cars: enquiries only

  • Your role as owner or dealer and authority to advertise.
  • Make, model, year, variant, price, mileage, ownership history and accurately disclosed condition where applicable.
  • Current photos you may use, location and relevant dealer registration details where applicable.
  • Do not publish unredacted registration documents, identity documents or sensitive vehicle identifiers.

Car listings are for enquiries, not checkout. Buyers should independently check ownership, vehicle condition and transfer requirements before making commitments.

Pubs and regulated categories

Provide relevant licence details and applicable age restrictions during review. Only lawful listings and promotions may be considered. Acceptance depends on the category and location; submitting licence details alone does not establish legal compliance.

Review stages

Our intended manual review process is: Submitted → Needs information, if required → Under review → Approved or Rejected. Approval must occur before publication. These stages are a review standard, not an automated tracking system currently provided by this page.

Review can include completeness, consistency, offer dates and relevant supporting information. Formatting checks are not proof that a business, product, ownership claim or offer is genuine. Approval is not a legal certification, endorsement or guarantee of safety, sales or performance.

Applicant responsibilities

  • Submit accurate information and confirm you are authorised to represent the business.
  • Use only content you own or are permitted to use.
  • Keep prices, stock, locations and offer dates current; report changes promptly.
  • Do not submit unlawful products, deceptive claims, impersonation or unauthorised personal information.
  • Agree separately on any selling responsibilities, fees, commission, redemption tracking and payouts before participation.

Privacy and sensible precautions

Never send passwords, OTPs, bank credentials or payment-card details in an application. Do not upload identity documents or sensitive supporting records through the public enquiry form. If supporting documents are needed, an appropriate secure submission method must be arranged first.

Application contact permission is separate from optional promotional marketing consent. Only approved business-facing details should appear publicly; private supporting records should not be included in listings. Data collection, access and retention arrangements must be defined in the applicable privacy notice before a structured application process launches.

Help and listing concerns

For application queries, inaccurate listings or concerns, call +91 9703168145. Share the listing name or link and explain the issue without sending sensitive documents. Do not rely on a listing alone when making a high-value commitment.

Before full launch

My Bharatlot must confirm the application submission route, document-handling arrangements and review process. The listing terms, privacy notice, commission agreements and category-specific requirements should be reviewed by an Indian legal professional. This page sets out proposed listing standards; it does not replace legal advice or promise that every participant is protected against every risk.
